9. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is unopened

  • Remains in original sterile packaging

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Hygiene Products

Due to the hygienic nature of products such as pacifiers, teats, and menstrual cups, we cannot accept returns if the hygienic seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty.
